Virginia Bouchard

Office Manager
703-451-2900, #201

Virginia grew up in a Presbyterian home and, no matter where she has gone or what she has done, has always felt that her life was in God’s hands.  She has been a member of Grace since 1986, active in many capacities over the years.  Her long-term interests have been in the music of the church as a member of the Chancel Choir and the Joyful Ringers, and co-leader of Children’s Choir and other children’s music groups.

She gratefully left retirement to join Staff as the Office manager, first as an interim and then permanently in May 2017.  She brings to her position skills gained in a number of life experiences–administration and organization from DuPont and a research corporation, research in her field of study Linguistics, communication skills as an instructor at George Mason University, and editing skills as a writing instructor and as an assistant editor of an online Linguistics journal.

Her home is in Springfield with her husband Bob.  She is a mother of four and grandmother of six.  Her goal is for everyone who walks into the office to feel that Christ is at work at Grace.
