Palestinian children and youths are routinely arrested and incarcerated without due process by the Israeli military, often for throwing stones. An information session to learn more about the treatment of these children by the Israeli military, and a bill in Congress to prevent the use of American tax dollars to fund this treatment will meet in the Library.
