Youth Missions

Missions is a big part of Grace Youth!

Tri-Cities Workcamp:  This is a week-long adventure in serving Christ as we help to rebuild homes and lives in Petersburg, VA.  Registration begins in January and fills up quickly.  Mark your calendars for this year’s trip on July 22-28, 2012! Click here for this year's brochure:  Workcamp 2012

Honduras Mission Trip:  Our youth love serving on this inter-generational mission trip!  Check out our Honduras page for more details.

30 Hour Famine:  Each winter, our youth give up food for 30 hours to raise money and awareness for hunger around the world.  While fasting, we participate in mission projects in DC and games to learn about hunger in different countries.  Mark your calendars for this year’s Famine on February 24-25, 2012!

Other mission projects include:  Food sorting at the Capital Area Food Bank, sorting food and clothes at ECHO, buying Christmas gifts for the children at Cameron Elementary, working on projects around the church, sending care packages to our college students and serving the youth of our neighborhood through our soccer and arts clinic called GANAS.
